Initially, the company was incorporated in the year 1992 as Shree Bharka Synthetics Private Limited. Later, its name was changed to Shree Bharka Synthetics Ltd. by amending necessary resolutions in the constitution of the company. Our impeccable quality has helped us to sell around 5 lakh meter fabric per month in today's cut-throat market.
Our Promoters/Directors
The group was founded by Late Shree Mohan Lal Kothari in 1992. Our company is now managed by Mr. Ashok Kumar Kothari, Mr. Narendra Kumar Kothari and Smt. Lad Kanwar Kothari who are successfully moving the company ahead through their strong determination and commitment. All our directors and promoters are well versed in their respective domains.
